To submit titles found in Choice Reviews to the library for addition to the collections, simply email records found in Choice Reviews Online to a librarian.
Titles can be sent in batches by selecting individual items from a results list, selecting the email option, and clicking go:

If a title is needed quickly or for a particular purpose, please use the message feature when emailing records to let library staff know.
If you prefer to read Choice Reviews on paper, don't worry! The library has maintained its subscription to Choice Reviews on cards, which will still be routed to your department on a regular basis. You may continue to route selections to the library as you always have.
