The Beloit College Archives contain all kinds of primary source materials related to the history of the college and surrounding region, from student publications to alumni diaries and oral histories to institutional records.
Special Collections includes several collections of books and pamphlets particularly useful for research and in-depth study on specialized topics. These range from the Martin Luther King, Jr. Collection on Non-Violence, to the Beloitana Collection of Beloit College authors, to a small collection of rare books and manuscript facsimilies.
The materials do not check out, but are available for use by the public in the archives reading room.
